We understand how difficult it can be in choosing the right item sometimes, especially when searching for that perfect gift. We have tried to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible, so here are our policies when it comes to returns and refunds
All merchandise is refundable 14 days after receiving it and you have 30 days to exchange it for another item.
All clocks are fully guaranteed against defects for up to 1 year.
We can provide repairs for all clocks passed the 1 year warranty - it costs $20 per clock to have the mechanism repaired or replaced plus any additional shipping charges. Contact us to inquire about repairing your clock.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will only provide the return shipping unless an error has occurred on our part.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise notified or an error on our behalf.
If the return/exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping charges.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
